CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. DEFINITIONS
• “Booking Fee” means the total amount payable for a Session.
• “Deposit” refers to the non-refundable portion of payment required to confirm your booking for any Personal Session, Program, Circle, Gathering orTraining.
• “Facilitator” refers to the Fembodiment™ Method Facilitator, as applicable.
• “Teacher” refers to the Fembodiment™ Method Teacher, as applicable.
• “Notice” means written communication sent to Denise Vallianatos at denisevallianatos2@gmail.com, deemed received 24 business hours after being sent.
• “Denise Vallianatos” means Denise Vallianatos, based in Australia, including any associated facilitators, teachers, representatives, or agents.
• “Session” refers to any Personal Session, Program, Circle, Gathering, Training, Retreat, or other related service (online or in person).
• “You” refers to the client, or participant engaging with Denise Vallianatos and who agrees to be bound by these Conditions.
• “Program” refers to group-based offerings that reflect the format and principles of private sessions, delivered either online or in person.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
2.1 Full payment is required before a Personal Session can be confirmed.
2.2 The balance of any Booking Fee must be paid within the timeframe stated in your session agreement. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your booking and any payment made.
2.3 All Programs, Circles, Gatherings or Trainings, require a minimum of six participants to proceed. Denise Vallianatos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if minimum numbers are not met.
2.4 Deposits are strictly non-refundable. You acknowledge that if you change your mind or fail to attend a booked Session, Program, Circle, or Gathering for any reason, you remain liable for the full Booking Fee.
2.5 Denise Vallianatos reserves the right to change the location, venue, or delivery method of any Session where reasonably necessary, including for reasons of class size, accessibility, safety, or practical requirements.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellation by Denise Vallianatos
If Denise Vallianatos cancels a Session for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation or postponement occurs due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond control), any payments made will be credited toward a future Session, Training, Program, Circle, or Gathering. Refunds are not available in such cases.
3.2 Cancellation by You
You must provide at least 7 days’ written notice to cancel or reschedule a personal session. Payments may be credited toward a future session.
For group-based Sessions, or Trainings, 28 days’ written notice is required to cancel. If you provide less than 28 days’ notice, all deposits and payments are forfeited.
4. PANDEMIC AND FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
If a Session or Training cannot proceed due to COVID-19 or any other pandemic (as declared by the World Health Organization or the Australian Government), or due to other force majeure events beyond Denise Vallianatos’ control, the following terms apply:
1. No refunds will be provided in any circumstance where cancellation is due to a pandemic or force majeure event beyond control.
2. If a Session proceeds but you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions or quarantine requirements, your payment will be credited toward a future session.
3. Credits issued will equal the original amount paid and will remain valid for two (2) years from the date of the cancelled session.
4. Denise Vallianatos will provide reasonable options for alternative dates or comparable programs, without penalty.
5. If you are unable to attend any of the proposed future options, your credit may be applied to another offering within Australia.
6. Denise Vallianatos is not liable for any associated losses or expenses (including airfares, accommodation, or other travel costs) resulting from cancellation or rescheduling due to a pandemic or force majeure event.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
5.1 Denise Vallianatos is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and participants. Personal information is collected solely to provide professional services and maintain communication with you.
5.2 Personal information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
5.3 Personal data collected may include your name, contact information, and relevant health or wellbeing details necessary for service delivery.
5.4 You will only receive marketing communications or updates with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
5.5 All client records are stored securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in any Session or Program, facilitated by Denise Vallianatos, you acknowledge and agree that:
6.1 All Sessions are strictly professional, therapeutic, and educational in nature — there is no sexual intercourse, sexual gratification, or explicit nudity involved, whether in person or online.
6.2 All offerings incorporate The Fembodiment™ Method and may include both theoretical and experiential components.
6.3 You are engaging in this work for holistic, educational, and personal growth purposes.
6.4 Once a Session has commenced, no refunds are available under any circumstances.
6.5 Denise Vallianatos and any Facilitators reserve the right to discontinue or terminate Sessions at their discretion if deemed necessary for participant safety, compatibility, or wellbeing.
6.6 If a Session is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund and must return all materials, documents, or resources belonging to Denise Vallianatos.
6.7 Participants must maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others at all times.
6.8 Denise Vallianatos reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the group experience.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
Denise Vallianatos takes your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected is stored securely and used exclusively to manage bookings, deliver services, and maintain professional communication.
Information will never be forwarded or disclosed to any third party except where required by law.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By confirming your booking and participating in any offering with Denise Vallianatos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions of Service in full.
